Learn Mobile (LMS by Absorb Software) app is available for iOS & Android devices.
The free Learn Mobile app empowers learning anytime, anywhere — both online and off — extending the reach and flexibility of your training. Powered by our LMS system, Absorb, the app is a mobile learning solution that’s easy to use and fits your busy schedule.
Access training offline
The need for training doesn’t stop just because there’s no internet connection. Whether you’re on a flight with spotty WiFi or doing fieldwork off the grid, the Learn Mobile app fuels uninterrupted learning by taking training offline. Just download the content to your device and all your progress will sync to myPHBI once you re-establish a connection—keeping records accurate and up to date.
How to use the app:
- Visit the iOS or Android app store and download the Learn Mobile app
- Enter your LMS URL as phbi.myabsorb.ca
- Login using your username and password to get full access to your courses
Online
Absorb/Online
Our online classes are easy to access anywhere and anytime through Learn Mobile, which is compatible with desktop computers, tables and mobile devices. For technical requirements, see our FAQ section.
Virtual Classroom
Virtual classroom courses offer all the benefits of a typical classroom course, such as interaction with the instructor and engagement with fellow classmates, from the convenience of your home. Set instructional times help you stay on track, without disrupting your busy schedule.

From phbi.ca:
- Click on “Training Login” at the top right part of your screen
- Create a new account by clicking “Not a student?”
- Enter your legal first and last name, email address and phone number
- Click “Sign Up”
- Check your email for the Welcome email with instructions on how to set up your password
- Click on “Set up my Password”
- Read and accept the Privacy Policy and Marketing Consent
- Click “Next”
- Create and confirm your password
- Click “Change Password”
- Check your email for the Welcome email with instructions on how to set up your password
- Click on “Set up my Password”

- Click “Next”

- *If you’re unable to locate the Welcome email, you can click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page.

- If you already have an account, leg in using your existing username and password
- If you are a new user, create a new account by clicking “Not a student?”
- Close all browsers
- Visit www.phbi.ca
- Click on “Training Login” at the top right part of your screen.
- Enter your username & password

- Click on Training Login
- Click on “Forgot Your Password”
- Type in your Username
- Click “Reset Password”
- Check your email. You will receive an email with instructions how to reset your password
From your student dashboard homepage:
- Click on “Courses” or search in the search bar for the course you are interested in
- Select the course you would like to enrol in
- Click “Enrol Now” to add the course to your cart
- Click on your cart and select “Proceed to Checkout”
- if you are not logged in at this point, you will be required to log in
- Complete the address information – if you address and billing information is the same – Click “Next”. If not, unclick Billing Address
- Review your order and click “Next”
- Review your Billing Address
- “Proceed to Payment Information”
- Enter your payment details
- Submit payment
- Receipt will be emailed to you
While logged into the student dashboard homepage:
- Go to “My Orders”
- Click “View All Orders”
- Click on the applicable order/receipt
- Click on “Resend Purchase Receipt”
Once you log in to the student dashboard homepage:
Option 1
- You will be able to see your recent courses under the “My Courses” heading
- Click on “”Start Course””
Option 2
- Click on the button “Go to my Training Dashboard” (myPHBI)
- Click on “My Courses”
- Locate the course and click and “Resume” or Start”
You can access and use myPHBI from a tablet or mobile device:
Requirements: Current version of iOS with the latest version of Chrome or Safari or Android 5.0 + OS with the latest version of Chrome
- Visit your app store and download the Absorb Learning App.
- Enter your LMS URL as phbi-mobile.myabsorb.ca
- Login using your username and password to access your courses.
From myPHBI training dashboard:
- Select “Transcript” to view a list of your completed certificates (if applicable) and click on the certificate you need.
Example: change name, change email address, change region, learn more about certification programs, etc:
Once you log in to the student dashboard homepage:
- Click on “Contact Support”
- Enter details in the fields – subject, type, description
- If you wish to upload a screenshot or photo, please click on “Upload File”
- Once completed, click “Submit”
- You will receive an email confirmation that your support request has been sent
- Our team will review and respond to you within two business days.
Once you are logged into your student dashboard homepage:
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on “Profile”
- Enter updated information
- Click “Update Profile”
